We ship exclusively via UPS Ground within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or internationally. All refrigerant is classified as ORM-D / hazardous material; shipments include proper labels, SDS, and documentation required by DOT and EPA.

Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed Monday–Friday before 1:00 PM ET ship the same day (excluding holidays). Risk of loss and title pass to you when merchandise is tendered to UPS.

We collect sales tax in states where we have nexus, based on the ship-to address and applicable rates at the time of shipment. Exempt entities must upload a valid resale certificate during checkout.

EPA Refrigerant Purchase Compliance

Federal law (40 CFR Part 82) requires buyers of refrigerants to hold valid EPA 608 or 609 certification for purchases >10 lbs. By placing an order you certify that:

– You (or your technician) hold current EPA certification, OR

– The purchase is for resale to a certified entity.

We reserve the right to request proof of certification and cancel non-compliant orders without notice.
